LifeSearch has added Engage Mutual's over- 50s life cover to its product portfolio in a move to offer customers ‘a more comprehensive and competitive service.'
Tom Baigre, CEO of LifeSearch said the advisory firm wanted to expand its offering in the over-50s sector and he had been impressed with the firm's product and service levels.

Engage Mutual recently revamped its adviser website to be more streamlined following advisers' feedback.
The insurer said these recent changes are part of Engage's on-going commitment to providing service excellence for its adviser community which means 98% of broker calls are answered within 20 seconds and almost 90% of email queries within two hours.
Engage Mutual has also recently boosted the number of intermediary support staff dedicated to answering telephone queries.
