Protection Review adviser training days going fast

clock

The Personal Finance Society has announced three new adviser training dates, hosted by the Protection Review.

The sessions are 11 April and 22 May in London at the Swiss Re Building (The Gherkin) and 30 May at Skandia's offices in Southampton.

The content advisers will receive includes products and definitions, underwriting and portals, sales and overcoming objections, trusts, business protection, relevant life and group sales.

The training is non provider specific and delivered by the Protection Review, backed by a specialist protection adviser and an underwriter, currently scheduled to be from Swiss Re.

Kevin Carr, chief executive of the Protection Review, said: "These are the first ones we've announced this year and already over 150 advisers have registered. I'm literally blown away.

"I think this is a real positive sign of the 'migration' of non-protection advisers moving into protection, not just to sell more protection, but to learn about the market properly."
