Insurance customers ignore 85% of the information sent to them by providers, according to research from SunLife.
The insurer said on average insurance products come with "more than 25,000 words of explanation written in PhD level language." SunLife has found that if customers were every insurance policy we're sent in full, they would spend an entire month of their lives reading about insurance.
