Bupa has added cash benefits for health expenses to its Business Fit product, available to corporates and intermediary groups from 1 April 2015.

Business Fit will now offer cash benefits for dental, optical, in-patient stay and prescription expenses.

Support and treatment for mental health and musculoskeletal conditions are also offered through Business Fit, without the need for a GP referral.

Bupa's Anytime HealthLine is also included as part of Business Fit to provide employees and their immediate families support from Bupa's team of GPs and nurses.

Patrick Watt, corporate director at Bupa, said: "We have enhanced Business Fit to ensure more employers can provide their entire workforce with quality healthcare which provides cover for the leading causes of workplace absence, as well as everyday healthcare expenses on a budget.

"We know that healthy employees come to work, perform at their best and go the extra mile, so investing in your employees' health make good business sense."
