Westfield Health, has announced a three-year renewed sponsorship deal with the British Transplant Games.
The Sheffield-based firm, which has supported the event since 2008, has committed to being headline sponsor of the Games until 2016.
Westfield Health British Transplant Games aim to showcase the benefits of successful organ transplantation through sport and cultural activities, while raising awareness of the urgent need for more donors.
Every athlete that takes part in the event has undergone at least one life-saving organ transplant.
In the run-up to the 2013 Westfield Health British Transplant Games in Sheffield, more than 22,000 additional organ donor registrations took place across South Yorkshire, thanks to the Gift of Life campaign delivered by Games organisers and Westfield Health.
Graham Moore, chairman of Westfield Health, said: "Our continual work with the British Transplant Games and the charity behind the event, Transplant Sport, has already resulted in countless numbers of new names being added to the NHS Organ Donor Register.
"Over the next three years we hope to keep the good work going, encouraging and inspiring more people to sign up as donors, discuss their wishes with their family and to give the Gift of Life."
Next year's Westfield Health British Transplant Games are set to be held in Bolton from 7-10 August 2014. For more information visit www.britishtransplantgames.co.uk
