Employee benefits provider Personal Group has won two very large contracts with Stagecoach and Network Rail.
The Stagecoach contract is a renewal covering 4,000 extra staff and will offer a new benefits programme and employee assistance programme to all employees in its UK Bus division. In total, the programme will be available to 24,000 of Stagecoach's bus division employees across the UK and will run for three years.
Robert Montgomery, managing director of Stagecoach UK Bus, said: "We are fortunate to have a committed and professional workforce. We hope this programme of benefits will be of use to them as well as demonstrating that we value their contribution."
Personal Group will roll out the programme to all 24,000 employees through the Group's established method of face-to-face meetings.
The Network Rail deal covers 35,000 employees across the UK. This is one of the largest tender wins that Personal Group has secured in the history of the Company.
The programme will launch in Q3 2013, and is part of Network Rail's ‘employee benefits' programme, and will offer all employees a bespoke suite of benefits.
Mark Scanlon, Chief Executive of Personal Group, commented: "The programme will encompass Personal Group's recently launched iPad application, which is already producing very positive results in collaboration with Personal Group's established method of face-to-face meetings."
