A protection and health insurance specialist is setting up a nationwide adviser network with a view to sweeping up IFAs who have not met the demands of RDR.
April UK will build the network in the next six months as part of the industry-wide shift from self-employed to full-time employed advisers.
Four business development managers will be responsible for managing teams of full time advisers in Northern Ireland, North England/Scotland, Central England/Wales, Southern England/Wales and are currently being recruited.
Sarah Buck, chief executive, said: "There are a lot of very good highly-qualified and experienced IFAs looking at how they will operate now the Retail Distribution Review has changed the structure of commission-based income on many of the products they would usually sell.
"We are expecting our new roles will appeal to those who are looking for a new challenge within the financial services industry and an opportunity to earn regular income from advising on protection."
Thirty Bristol-based full time staff will provide support for the new network of advisers throughout the UK and Ireland.
