Aria Assistance, the insurance-related assistance service, has announced a suite of travel risk management services.
The company said that underpinning the advice and response elements of the service is a bespoke Travel Risk Information Portal (TRIP), a medical and security gateway, in conjunction with specialists in the security industry, designed to understand and mitigate risks travellers may face in an unfamiliar location.
Additional medical and security consulting services can then be added according to client needs, including remote site medical services, crisis management planning or security/medical staffing solutions.
Randall Gordon Duff head of Aria's Corporate Travel team, said: "Our new travel risk management proposition is a natural evolution of our assistance capability.
"It enables us to work with employers in creating customised programmes that address mitigating medical or security risks pre-travel, whilst also ensuring a robust response capability can be activated, if required, at any time or in any location around the world.
"Our offer is a realistic, credible alternative for businesses that want to ensure that their employees feel both safe and valued when they work overseas."
