Bupa revamps its SME policies

clock

Bupa has made a series of changes to its SME health insurance product, Bupa Select.

A new tiered system and a range of additional options have been created to make it easier for clients to find a level of cover that is right for their business.

In response to client feedback, Bupa has created three tiers of cover within Bupa Select: Key, Enhanced and Complete. Clients can customise their cover to find a package which suits their company's needs and budget.

Bupa has also found that stress is a health issue in the workplace for over half of SMEs (53%) so mental health cover is now included as an integral part of all three tiers.

Christine Stewart, director of SME, Bupa Health and Wellbeing said: "The enhancements we have made to Bupa Select give businesses the flexibility to balance their needs and budgets without being constrained by rigid packages.

"We know that choosing insurance can be complicated so we have made Bupa Select even simpler to understand and customise."
