Now Health streamlines Large Group claims admin

clock

Now Health International, has removed the need for a doctor's signature or original receipts from large group members on all new claims, regardless of size.

The international private medical insurance (IPMI) provider said the change, which applies to experience-rated groups with 50+ members, is a shift away from the industry norm.

It added, customers will reduce a time-consuming process for relatively small monetary values, while Now Health benefited from reduced administration associated with keeping track of constituent treatments that make up complex claims.

Alex Dalton, Europe managing director at Now Health said: "We are delighted to remove this requirement for our large group customers. We set out to develop the most efficient service proposition for customers in the market and this is just one more step towards solidifying that position."
