COVER is pleased to announce the shortlists for its COVER Customer Care Awards 2025.
The awards aim to recognise individuals and providers that are making a difference in creating good customer outcomes. This year sees over 90 entries shortlisted across 16 categories. The winners will be announced on 27 June, 2025, at the Marriott Grosvenor Square, London. The awards will take place after the Customer Care Conference, taking place on the same date.
