ALC Health to accept email claims

clock • 1 min read

ALC Health is now accepting email claims from corporate clients.

The move will allow corporate clients to send claim forms as scanned attachments and avoid the need to request original documentation by post prior to making a settlement.

The system will speed up the claims process, and a receipt will be sent immediately to acknowledge the email's safe arrival.

Andrew Apps, director at ALC Health said: "While this system is not unique in the market it's far from commonplace and demonstrates once again ALC's continuing push to provide our members with a stress free claims experience.

"Clients are often left out of pocket while they make payments immediately for their medical care and so ALC should hopefully be making this less of a financial burden as claims are processed as soon as they are received."
