Westfield upgrades corporate cash plan

Westfield Health has added several benefits to the Mosaic flexible quoting system for its corporate-paid cash plans.

It now includes free integrated cover for dependent children on core benefits and a complimentary BusinessCare benefit for employers.

The provider has also added contemporary services including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), an online personal health risk assessment and a range of wellbeing and alternative therapies, including Reiki, hypnotherapy and allergy and food intolerance testing.

In total 19 benefits and services are available and employees can now upgrade their cover through direct debit at no extra cost to their employer.

Paul Shires, executive director of sales and marketing at Westfield Health, said the changes were the result of research and that further developments to the product were expected later in the year.
