Beagle Street produces #LeapSecondMovie

Insurer Beagle Street and BAFTA-nominated filmmaker Gary Tarn have produced a one-second film for the Leap Second, #LeapSecondMovie.

The director was challenged to produce a film to celebrate the joy of being alive which would last a second.

The leap second has been added to 30 June 2015 to account for slowing of the earth's rotation.

The film consists of 25 frames with a four note sound track.

Hannah MacAulay, senior brand manager at Beagle Street said: "Beagle Street believes that people feel good and enjoy life more knowing their loved ones are protected if they die.

"#LeapSecondMovie is a (very) quick reminder to make the most of every moment, enjoy life and live it to the full."
