Phil Jeynes joins UnderwriteMe

UnderwriteMe has announced that Phil Jeynes has joined them as their head of sales and marketing after leaving VitalityLife.

Jeynes will be leading the launch of UnderwriteMe's comparison service and heading up all aspects new business, marketing and public relations.

UnderwriteMe went live in September 2014 and provides comparisons of insurers estimated prices, or fully underwritten prices and benefits at the point of sale.

Jeynes was formerly head of account development & public relations at PruProtect which became VitalityLife.

Commenting on the move, Jeynes said: "What UnderwriteMe has built is nothing short of ground breaking and will transform the customer and adviser experience, giving a genuine boost to the Protection market.

"The opportunity to join them to spearhead the launch and evolve the proposition is very exciting."
