AXA PPP International has launched a new Pan Africa Plan covering both individuals and SMEs based in Kenya and Tanzania, offering the choice of treatment across Africa.
The plan provides the option to receive treatment in India and Pakistan as well as Africa. It is being distributed by J W Seagon and Co Ltd, based in Nairobi, who worked with AXA PPP International in developing the plan.
The plan will provide 5 package levels ranging from Bronze to Platinum. Services available include in patient and day-patient treatments as standard along with emergency evacuation and repatriation. Additional options available with various levels of the plan include out-patient cover, drugs and dressings, an annual health check, dental care, palliative care and Chinese herbal medicines.
AXA PPP International's support services are included as part of the Pan Africa Plan, with a telephone translator service and a security hotline providing information about current medical outbreaks as well as crime, natural disasters and outbreaks of civil unrest.
Other facilities offered include the MyGlobe service which offers information on healthcare facilities and other common concerns for those in a new area. A personal case management service is also offered for those with serious medical conditions.
