Instead of 'deckchair shifting', the ABI should tidy up confusion around critical illness condition definitions
For some time I have been critical of the Association of British Insurers (ABI). Firstly it was their bizarre appetite for designing ‘simple products', courtesy of the ill-thought out Sergeant Review. Then we had the ABI's Critical Illness Working Party.
