MorganAsh has overhauled its consumer vulnerability assessment platform with a range of upgrades.

The support services provider to the financial services sector has improved the functions of its MorganAsh Resilience System (MARS), with a new interface and a redesign of the main case page.  MARS aims to take the complexity away from assessing consumer vulnerability, using input from consumers themselves to generate an objective measure of consumer vulnerability, which can be tracked over time.  MorganAsh's ‘resilience rating', the platform's version of a credit score for vulnerability, has been redesigned, and the page made easier for users to navigate and toggle between key inform...
