Sunday broadsheet tells story of Glenn Charles who was diagnosed with cancer of the oesophagus

The Observer yesterday ran an article carrying the headline ‘Serious illness cover - the one insurance policy that can prove absolutely critical'. The UK national broadsheet shared the real-life experience of Glenn Charles, who helps run a family home baking business in County Fermanagh. He was diagnosed with cancer the oesophagus in January 2018, but was able to claim on his £100-a-month joint critical illness (CI) policy he took out ten year's prior for him and his wife.
