'Fully functional' technology solution allows employees to engage with options all in one place

Risk solutions provider Aon has created an app for employees to access and manage all their benefits via a smartphone - the ‘first' of its kind, according to the firm. The Aon App, which uses fingerprint or facial recognition technology, provides total reward statements through to full benefits enrolment to users regardless of location.
