Simple CI plans will grow the protection market - poll

Over half (57%) of protection experts believe that simple critical illness (CI) plans such as AIG's Key3 will grow the protection market according to a poll.

In a survey conducted by the Protection Review, just over a fifth (21%) disagreed that such plans would grow the market. A further fifth (22%) were unsure. The results included views from across the protection industry such as intermediaries, insurers, and reinsurers. AIG Life launched its simple critical illness plan, Key 3 in August.
