Sesame hosts protection workshops for advisers

Sesame has announced the launch of a new series of protection workshops taking place this summer for its members.

Along with Sesame's in-house team, the events will be supported by leading providers AIG, Aviva, Friends Life, L&G, LV= and Royal London, who will be delivering a range of practical protection sessions to assist advisers.

Jeff Woods, business development director at Sesame Bankhall Group, said: "We have always talked to our members about the importance of protection, but what we now want to do is to take this to the next level and provide additional support, so that protection becomes a natural part of an adviser's conversation with customers.

"This new series of specialist events is part of our commitment to bolstering our face-to-face business development support for advisers. Our provider partners will be assisting our members by covering a range of protection related topics, from income protection through to death benefit."
