The Right Mortgage & Protection Network has announced that Mark Graves is set to join as a shareholder of the business alongside joint managing director, Martin Wilson.
Graves is currently on gardening leave having resigned after three years as the director of Pink Network in July this year.
He will be in position from November 1st and will be responsible for its provider relationships and distribution, as well having overall responsibility for its sales division.
Wilson said: "Both Mark and I are looking forward to what we can achieve in this next phase of development. We share the same fundamental ethics, values and ambition to create a successful network that is totally independent and keeps its focus on what's right for customers; by working in partnership with its advisers and firms.
"It's important that we built a solid infrastructure, with experienced individuals who all share the vision of our Network. Now Mark, alongside the rest of the board and management team, will help drive this vision and establish our place in the market."
