Westfield Health has launched a health and wellbeing toolkit for HR managers.
The toolkit helps HR managers define the right strategy for health and wellbeing at their company and develop a business case for health and wellbeing investment.
The toolkit also includes ways to implement the chosen strategy and how to engage staff, as well as ways to evaluate performance and return on investment.
Research tools in the tool kit include an absence calculator and there are also case studies included to help employers understand how absence is affecting their business.
Fiona Lowe, head of hr development and strategy at Westfield Health, said: "Workplace health and wellbeing is moving up the corporate agenda.
"Employers are increasingly recognising that there are tangible business benefits in looking after their most important asset - their employees."
