All 400 staff at MetLife are being offered individual health consultations on key issues such as Body Mass Index and cholesterol levels.
The programme is part of a wellness week that includes a range of seminars and advice on health and stress issues with massages and free gym passes being made available.
Sessions in the organisation's two offices situated at Canary Wharf and Brighton include talks on resilience and mindfulness as well as office yoga and smoothie tasting.
The final events of the week, which runs from 13 to 17 April, are two healthy group walks; one from Canary Wharf to London Bridge and another from Brighton to Hove.
The wellness programme has been developed following feedback from staff at the financial services firm.
MetLife UK employee benefits director Tom Gaynor said: "We've launched the wellness week and wider programme as we strongly believe that healthy employees are happy employees and that everyone should have access to wellness at work.
"Practical programmes to help improve employees' mental and physical health create foundations for companies to grow strongly which is where employee benefits programmes can play a major role."
