Aviva's Gulf Solutions IPMI product has expanded to include Bahrain and Jordan, as changes are made within Dubai to comply with new regulations.
Meanwhile a collaboration with Dutch insurer OZF Achmea will provide complaint cover in the Netherlands as part of Aviva's International Solutions product.
Currently in Bahrain there are around 12,000 British expatriates, and 8,000 in Jordan, according to research from the Institute of Public Policy, while 48,000 are in the Netherlands.
Gulf Solutions was launched in 2014 covering the UAE, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar for corporate clients and in Oman or the UAE for individual customers.
There have also been changes to benefits within Gulf Solutions for those in Dubai to reflect recently announced legislation changes and were introduced on 1 January 2015.
Gulf Solutions provides a region wide package using local insurers and providers, designed for UK firms with employees abroad and available via British brokers claims management is provided by NAS Administration services.
In Jordan cover will be provided by the Arab Orient Insurance Company while in Bahrain it will be provided by the Bahrain Kuwait Insurance Company, both members of the Gulf Insurance Group.
Research for Aviva's forthcoming Relocations Report found that 58% of employers who send employees on foreign assignments consider local rules and regulations the biggest challenge to relocating staff.
