AXA PPP Healthcare has appointed Chris Horlick to the role of distribution director.

Horlick returns to AXA PPP having spent the last five years as managing director of Partnership's long-term care division.

Before that, Horlick had been sales and marketing director at AXA PPP healthcare.

AXA PPP said Horlick will bring this "wider perspective", along with his previous experience in healthcare insurance, to his new role.

Horlick has re-joined the company to take responsibility for distribution of AXA PPP healthcare's intermediated and corporate business, its Health Services division (offering employee wellbeing, counselling, occupational health and rehabilitation services) and its healthcare insurance distribution businesses - SecureHealth and The Health Insurance Group (THIG).

In addition, he will join the AXA PPP healthcare Board, subject to regulatory approval.
