Paradigm Mortgage Services has has confirmed it will be taking its first post-Mortgage Market Review (MMR) and protection round table to Birmingham this month.
The mortgage and protection round table entitled, ‘Post-MMR - how does the landscape look now?' will allow brokers to hear from Paradigm and a range of lenders and providers about how they anticipate the new environment panning out and the opportunities available within the intermediary sector.
As well as introducing new protection proposition, Paradigm Protect, there will be representatives from lenders and providers including Ageas, Exeter Family Friendly, Legal & General, Skipton Intermediaries, Santander and Virgin Money.
The event will take place at the National Motorcycle Museum in Bickenhill, Solihull on Tuesday 13th May
Bob Hunt, Chief Executive of Paradigm Mortgage Services, said:"This Paradigm round table event at the National Motorcycle Museum is the first to take place in the new MMR world.
"There is an ongoing sense of anticipation, and perhaps trepidation, about what the new rules mean for the mortgage market particularly in the short-term and we wanted to ensure we held an event as close to the handover as possible. Next week we will be reflecting on the first few weeks of MMR, how it has been implemented and the experiences of brokers, their clients and the lenders."
