It also provides fast, direct self-referral for mental health conditions and access to Bupa Anytime Healthline for round-the-clock medical advice from a nurse or GP.
Bupa is offering Business Fit to all of its permanent employees in the UK including those working in its care homes.
Patrick Watt, corporate director, Bupa Health Funding said: "We really believe in Business Fit as a way for companies to provide their entire workforce with high quality, good value healthcare. That's why we're rolling it out to all our people in the UK. Business Fit helps companies to improve their employee engagement levels and reduce their absence rates, so we will be measuring these outcomes within Bupa UK."
Richard Bowden, managing director, Bupa UK said: "We're giving Business Fit to all our employees because our purpose of longer, healthier, happier lives applies to our people, as well as to our customers and our communities. As a business, two of our objectives are to keep people healthy and to make sure people love working at Bupa, so this is an important step for us."
