Kudos Financial Services is to release flexible benefits portal software into the employee benefits arena on 20 March.
The portal, Kudos Create, is a new brand for the Aberdeen based IFA, the biggest in Scotland and 14th in the UK as a whole. It is capable of offering the entire range of employee benefits.
Alan Fergusson, director of Kudos Financial Services, said: "We have been in distribution for a while, four to five years for flex benefits, but this system will give us more control over both the deliverability and technology.
"We deconstructed and reconstructed the software, so we know it backwards and are able to make additions and changes according to client demand."
Kudos, which specialises in wealth management, employee benefits and due diligence, also began a health insurance arm last July.
Fergusson said: "The way the markets are at the moment, with the RDR and the current pensions market, this is clearly not going to continue. We all need to acknowledge that income on pensions is going to fall a bit. Plus there is still uncertainty, with consultation charging still up in the air.
"This allows us to handle changes and to increase business areas going forward. "
He added that Kudos has significant growth plans and that the company is acquisitive.
