Wellbeing4business is launching an online, multimedia portal for corporate health challenges.

HealthyTeams, which runs month long activities, will enable participating teams to track and compare their progress, while allowing employers to identify the highest achievers and award prizes. It also includes podcasts and video manuals.

Wellbeing4business managing director Mark Holt-Rogers said he understood engaging employees on wellbeing could be costly: “Our challenges are fun, easy to administer, proven to engage staff and get results.

“Liverpool University HR team recently completed the resilience challenge and with team names such as ‘5fit non blonds’, ‘MoFarathons’ and ‘Wenotfit’ you can certainly see that they had fun while becoming more resilient.”

Challenges include losing weight, increasing physical activity and workplace cycling.
