Engage Mutual has extended availability of its one fund health cash plan to businesses with a minimum of five employees.

It made the move in order to make the plan more accessible to smaller businesses across UK and in response to broker and intermediary feedback.

Engage Mutual head of commercial sales David Castling said: "A growing number of smaller organisations recognise the importance of providing health cover to employees as way of helping to reduce sickness absence.

"We hope that by increasing the availability of one fund we can provide these businesses with a cost effective way of safeguarding employee wellbeing."
