AXA PPP International unveils optional add-ons for members

clock

AXA PPP International has introduced new benefit ‘add-ons' enabling individuals and SMEs to upgrade their cover within their current plan.

the insurer's Standard plan for individuals and SMEs now comes with an enhanced out-patient cover option for diagnostic treatment, vaccinations, consultations, physiotherapy and complementary practitioner charges in addition to out-patient surgical procedures and scans already covered by the plan.

Individuals taking out Comprehensive and Prestige policies can now add dental benefits to take care of routine treatment such as check-ups and scale & polish. These plans already cater for treatment required as a result of accidental injury.

In addition, the company's Comprehensive plan for SMEs offers the choice of either extra dental cover for routine treatment, as above, or securing up to £5,000 towards routine pregnancy, childbirth and postnatal medical expenses.

Dental add on is also available on Prestige - where cover for normal pregnancy and childbirth is already available to members.

Kevin Melton, AXA PPP International sales & marketing director said: "Feedback we're getting from the market indicates that people value extra choice from their cover.

"Our add-on options do just that - by giving our members greater control over their healthcare benefits, rather than having to jump to a higher-spec policy should they require more comprehensive out-patient, dental or pregnancy cover."
