Cash plan provider Westfield Health has joined forces with HR4UK.com - an online system designed to reduce HR administration costs.
The Employment Handbook and HR System reduces the risk of employers being taken to Employee Tribunal by employees and also incorporates employee benefits and improvements in communication between employers and staff.

Westfield Health's Advantage Voluntary cash plan will be offered to employees of companies using the system from today, allowing them to access cover without any cost to the employer.
