Now Health International has introduced a series of videos developed to help the provider's intermediaries and policyholders gain advantage from the company's technology.
For advisers with individual customers, there are two videos: one on how to get a quote and one on how to manage a plan once they have become a customer.
Included is a guide on how to access plan documents, track claims, order replacement membership cards and introduce any medical providers they would like to add to Now Health's network.
Company customers have a range of online tools such as adding and deleting members, viewing the status of employee claims and accessing important management information about the performance of their plan.
The videos demonstrate what's available and how to use them in a straightforward step-by-step guide. Now Health also offers a guide for employees to take the burden of enquiries away from HR managers.
