AXA PPP International adjusts medical history disregarded' limits and switch terms

clock

AXA PPP International has lowered the minimum group size for which it can accept new business on a ‘medical history disregarded' basis from ten employees to five.

The international private medical insurer is also offering special ‘switch' terms for individuals underwritten by other insurers who transfer to its International Health Plan and Channel Island plans.

With AXA PPP International's switch offer, new members can continue with the underwriting terms they had under their previous provider so long as they can satisfy a simple application declaration by confirming they:
• have not had treatment in a hospital or consulted a specialist in the last twelve months
• do not have any treatment planned or pending
• have not had cancer in the last five years.
