Cirencester friendly is to completely renew its IT systems, including its adviser facing offering.
The new system will bring a fully functional financial adviser website allowing intermediaries to conduct business online with the Holloway style income protection provider.
A fully functional members website will also handle Member enquiries and simple changes to Member details is also planned.
The society also expects automation of workflows and processes will reduce costs in administering its business.
Cirencester believes the system, developed by Transactor Global Solutions Limited (TGSL), will provide the management of current and future income protection contracts, provide decision makers with key information and reports and increase efficiency and effectiveness of staff to enable improved sales.
Paul Hudson, Chief Executive of Cirencester friendly commented:"The undertaking of a major project such as the replacement of an existing IT system, is one that requires a sensible and cautious approach.
"It is very easy to let the cost of these projects spiral out of control and as a mutual organisation the cost of developing and implementing any new system is carried by our member owners.
"We are delighted to have got to this stage and I am confident that by working with TGSL we will be able to deliver a system that both supports financial advisers and our members and provides the platform that will enable the Society to thrive and prosper over the coming years."
