AXA PPP healthcare has announced a new structure and team to serve the intermediary healthcare market.
The team will be responsible for delivering the support services AXA PPP healthcare and AXA ICAS provide to the individual and corporate healthcare markets.
Reporting to AXA PPP healthcare's sales and client relationship management director Paul Moulton, the following appointments take immediate effect:
Richard Norris is appointed head of intermediary consulting to focus on supporting major intermediary relationships and businesses operating in the health and wellbeing markets. Supporting Richard will be a team of key intermediary directors.
Tim Newman is appointed head of intermediary development and will lead a team of regional managers to work with intermediaries to identify opportunities to grow and develop their health and wellbeing businesses.
Chris Rofe is appointed head of client relationships. Supported by a team of client relationship managers, Chris will be responsible for management of relationships with intermediaries, working across the health and wellbeing markets.
Leigh Pearce is appointed head of client delivery and, together with his team, will be responsible for meeting the account management and service delivery requirements of intermediaries and their clients.
The sales and client relationship management team will be further supported by Alison Green, who has been appointed head of marketing for the distribution team. She will be responsible for shaping future distribution and product development strategy as well as for providing day-to-day marketing support for the department's acquisition and retention teams.
