Groupama Healthcare has announced enhancements to its online administration tool, EasyAdmin.
The key enhancement is a new group renewals function which is being rolled out to brokers following completion of a successful pilot in direct response to broker feedback.
The system now enables brokers to manage group renewals for the first time and receive fewer notification emails when a new member is added. These developments are combined with a completely new look and feel to the tool.
The health insurer said EasyAdmin was created to simplify the basic administrative tasks involved in placing new business and managing existing PMI policies.
