More than half of intermediaries think it would be a good idea to launch a communications group.
According to COVER's latest web poll, 61.5% of respondents thought it would be a wise move to set up a communications group to discuss better communication strategies when dealing with changes in the future.
However, 38.5% disagreed with the idea of yet another discussion group as there are already several working parties and task forces.
Last month, just before COVER went off on its festive break, the Financial Services Authority decided to publish its hotly anticipated Insurance Conduct of Business (ICOB) sourcebook.
With this in mind, this month, the COVER poll is asking intermediaries whether they are happy with the details of the ICOB sourcebook that has just been published.
