Paycare has launched a new healthcare benefit cash plan for employers to offer their staff.
The Additions product has five levels of cover with three further complimentary options available to be chosen depending on need and the level chosen.
Standard features include coverage for visits to dentists and opticians, specialist consultations, professional therapy, chiropody, health screening and an employee assistance programme (EAP).
The three additional benefits packages are: Personal accident cover, Inoculation or vaccination and Wellbeing or alternative therapies.
For employers selecting levels one and two any one of these addition can be added, for levels three and four, any two and for level five all three additions are included.
The five different levels range in cost from £1 to £5 per week per employee.
Employees on level one can claim up to £65 per annum for optical and also £65 for dental charges, while someone on level five can claim up to £220 on each per year.
Benefit levels for specialist consultations and tests vary from £300 to £600 per annum depending on the chosen level.
Gail Maltby, chief executive of Paycare, said the new plan addressed the concerns of both employer and employee and was designed for today's difficult business climate.
