COVER talks to protection director at Lloyds Banking Group, Rose St Louis, about the evolution of the protection space and how technology can play a vital role in moving the industry forwards post-pandemic.

In March this year, Rose St Louis joined Lloyds Banking Group as its new protection director for the group and Scottish Widows. With over 20 years' experience, previously she was insurance director for KPMG and before that worked at Zurich where she started in 2015. St Louis started her career as a financial adviser before working with - and for - distributors, insurers and technology providers.
