Half consider agile working to be most desirable benefit followed by pensions and bonuses
A survey by Adler has found that flexible working is the most wanted workplace perk (48%) among UK workers, preferable to both pension schemes (44%) and performance bonuses (34%). Matching pension contributions was favoured by 34% of workers surveyed and free food and drink (29%) was the fifth most popular employee benefit. Meanwhile, two-thirds (66%) stated that the benefits offered to them were as important - if not more so - than their basic salary.
