This Friday, 10 October, 2025, is World Mental Health Day, which aims to raise awareness for those struggling with their mental health. If I'm being completely transparent, days like this conjure mixed feelings for me. On the one hand, it's a stake in the ground for people to remind themselves of what's important to them, on the other, helping those around us with their mental health should be something we do 365 days a year. One might be impacted by their mental health on any day of the year - Christmas, birthdays, a bright summer's afternoon or a cold winter's morning. Birthdays...
