Last year I wrote about the Matthew Taylor Review into Modern Working Practices and this year the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) produced its response. Most of the commentary focused on the decision not to change the tax arrangements for self-employed people however their response covered a lot more.
