Working in financial services makes it easy to take the practical side of managing your money for granted. This means we may miss opportunities to help our clients because we would do things instinctively that they might not even think about.   A recent experience highlighted to me how helping clients with their day-to-day budget can make it possible for them to afford life cover and savings they might have thought beyond their reach.   A conversation with a group of friends, all of whom are new parents, turned to the extra expense of having a child and all the things they wanted to put...
