On 12 August 2016 a major piece of insurance legislation will come into force. While on the face of it this is a major change in commercial insurance law, it actually changes very little in our approach asa provider of life and disability cover to people through their employers. The intentions in the reform of insurance law are wholly positive and it formalises what is already industry best practice.
