Three fifths of men worry about physical health

Three fifths (60%) of men have worried about their physical health at least once a month, while 13% worry about their physical health every day, Aviva has found.

According to the provider's survey of 1,000 UK males aged over 16, more than half (58%) rated their physical health as ‘good' or higher. Men aged 25-34 rated their physical health the highest (67%). Nearly three quarters (74%) of respondents said that they were actively leading a healthy lifestyle, with 63% saying their physical health has an impact on their mental health and 24% noting that they kept active as it made them feel happier.
