Premier Choice Healthcare acquires Homewood Health and Margaret Clark Healthcare

Both write consumer and business healthcare insurance

Premier Choice Healthcare (PCH) has acquired 100% of the share capital of Buckinghamshire intermediary Homewood Health, and the health insurance portfolio of Margaret Clark in Peterborough, for an undisclosed sum.

The health insurance intermediary, owned by Brown & Brown, highlighted both firms write consumer and business healthcare insurance. Stephen Hough, PCH managing director, noted the two deals will enable the business to continue building its ambassador programme. Following the deals, Margaret Clark and Homewood Health director Andrew Needham will become PCH ambassadors to share their knowledge with the PCH team.
