Hybrid advice providers lack focus on protection and savings

No single provider offers the full hybrid advice journey

Significant gaps remain around protection and savings when it comes to the hybrid advice market, a new study shows.

According to AdviserSoftware.com, a division of the Financial Technology Research Centre (FTRC), hybrid advice providers invested the most amount of time and resources in markets such as the pre, at, and post-retirement. Meanwhile, income protection, buying a home, mortgage protection, and family protection emerged as some of the areas least evolved to date.
